Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 August 2026
This policy explains how [LEGAL ENTITY], registered at[REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we", "us"), handles personal data in connection with this website and the Leada AI SDR service (the "Service").
1. Who is responsible
For this website and for enquiries sent through it, we are the data controller. Contact:welcome@leada.solutions.
For prospect data processed inside a client's outreach campaign, our client is the controller and we act as a processor on their documented instructions. If you were contacted by a campaign we operate and want your data removed, write to us and we will pass the request to the relevant client and suppress your address from further sending.
2. What we collect
Enquiries you send us
When you submit the request form we collect the name, company, email address or phone number and any comment you provide, together with the plan details selected on the pricing calculator, the page URL and any UTM campaign parameters present in it.
Analytics
We use Yandex.Metrica to understand how the site is used. It collects IP address, device and browser characteristics, referring page, pages viewed and interactions, and it may record sessions (Webvisor). This data is processed by YANDEX LLC and stored on servers located in the Russian Federation, which is a country outside the EEA that has not received an adequacy decision from the European Commission. Details:Yandex privacy policy.
Prospect data in campaigns
On behalf of clients we process business contact data — company name, business email address, role and publicly available information about the organisation — collected from public sources and commercial data providers. Replies to campaign emails are processed to classify interest.
3. Why we process it, and on what basis
- Responding to your enquiry and providing the Service — performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.
- Site analytics — your consent where consent is required, otherwise our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site.
- Outbound B2B outreach on behalf of clients — the legitimate interest of our client in contacting relevant businesses, balanced against the recipient's rights, and subject to the recipient's right to object at any time.
- Security, record-keeping and legal compliance — our legal obligations and legitimate interests.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data with service providers acting on our instructions: hosting and site delivery, workflow automation used to route enquiries to our team, email sending infrastructure, email validation and company data enrichment providers, and analytics as described above. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We may disclose data where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
5. International transfers
Our operations and some of our providers are located outside the EEA and the United Kingdom, including in the Russian Federation. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on [TRANSFER MECHANISM — e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses] together with supplementary measures where required. You can request details of the safeguards in place.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become customers: [24] months from last contact.
- Customer records: for the term of the agreement and as long as required afterwards for tax and accounting purposes.
- Analytics data: per the retention period set in Yandex.Metrica.
- Suppression lists: retained indefinitely, because that is what prevents us contacting you again.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion or correction, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, write towelcome@leada.solutions. We respond within the period required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.
8. Cookies
This site does not use cookies for advertising or profiling. Yandex.Metrica sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure sessions, as described in section 2. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable without them.
9. Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and we will give notice of material changes where required.
